The Challenge

EmailOS's core value proposition revolves around massive parallel processing of AI models scraping LinkedIn and generating personalized text. Their infrastructure needed to support hundreds of thousands of asynchronous, compute-heavy jobs reliably while integrating seamlessly into existing CRMs.

The Solution & Architecture

We implemented a completely event-driven architecture using AWS ECS for container orchestration, coupled with SQS for asynchronous task queuing. Scalable storage via S3 and highly available RDS instances formed the data backbone. Infrastructure provisioning was fully automated using Terraform and GitHub Actions.
